Room Not Enclosed Revit
Room is not in a properly enclosed region.
Room not enclosed revit. 2015 2016 2017 2017 1 2018. Online documentation for autodesk s revit api. This message displays when a room is not properly enclosed by bounding elements or room separation lines. Banging my head again.
The reason for this is the room is placed at a specific height if this is above the height of your walls then the room is technically no longer being placed in the enclosed region even though it might appear so on your floor plan. Notice that the not enclosed rooms associate with a level where the not placed rooms do not because the deleted element no longer exists to have a level association. Can t i edit that this blue rectangle that is showing the extent of the room. Additionally another warning says the room bounding element is invisible in current view.
I did click on the show bounding elements on the options bar and revit highlights the walls as being enclosed. Room is not in a properly enclosed region. Add room separation lines or turn on the room bounding parameter for elements as appropriate. If tracking these exterior areas is desired adding room separation lines to complete the boundary enables revit to triangulate the area.
Again see screenshot. This message displays when a room is not properly enclosed by bounding elements or room separation lines for a room in a schedule revit displays not enclosed. Add room separation lines or turn on the room bounding parameter for elements as appropriate.
